There has been an increase since the industrial revolution from 700ppb in 1700 to 1,780ppb today
One tonne of methane is equal to 21 tonnes of Co2
Methane has around 21 times the GWP of Co2
However there’s more than 3,000 times methane under the oceans and rocks at depth!
